Public Offer

1. Definitions

1.1. Service — the Zenith Shield software and infrastructure providing secure Internet access (proxy). 1.2. Zenith Shield — the party operating the Service and providing the Service to the User. 1.3. User — a legally capable individual who accepts this Offer. 1.4. Service (proxy access) — proxy access for the period matching the selected plan. 1.5. Balance — funds credited by the User in the Zenith Shield Telegram bot to pay for subscriptions. 1.6. Acceptance — actions expressing agreement: topping up Balance, paying for a subscription, receiving a subscription link or QR code, activating a free trial, or actual use of proxy access.

2. Subject matter

2.1. Zenith Shield provides proxy access; the User pays under this Offer. 2.2. The agreement is concluded upon Acceptance. 2.3. Acceptance means full acceptance of this Offer, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy.

3. Provision of access

3.1. Subscriptions are ordered via @ZenithShieldBot, the Zenith Shield website, and on marketplaces (including plati.market and similar platforms). 3.2. After payment confirmation, Balance debit, or purchase on a marketplace, access is granted automatically (subscription link, QR code) or within a reasonable time via support. 3.3. The User configures a compatible client app using website instructions.

4. Payment and renewal

4.1. Prices are shown in the Telegram bot, on the website, or on the marketplace at checkout. 4.2. Payment is available by topping up Balance in the Telegram bot, cryptocurrency, or purchase on marketplaces (including plati.market and similar) — under marketplace rules. 4.3. Payment is deemed completed upon confirmation by the payment system, blockchain, or marketplace. 4.4. Zenith Shield does not receive or store bank card details; the payment operator processes them. 4.5. Auto-renewal: when a subscription expires, the next period fee is automatically debited from Balance if sufficient funds are available. If Balance is not topped up, the subscription will not renew. 4.6. If a pricing error occurs, Zenith Shield may cancel the order and refund under the Refund Policy (except where refund is excluded thereunder).

5. Free trial

5.1. Zenith Shield may provide a free trial. 5.2. No payment is required for a trial; no monetary refund applies to trial access.

6. Refunds

6.1. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. 6.2. Refunds are only available on the grounds listed in the Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

7.1. Access is for personal use only.

• The User must comply with applicable laws, not use the Service for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, or abuse, not harm Zenith Shield infrastructure, and not share subscription links or configurations in violation of the plan
• Prohibited: unauthorized access to third-party systems; DDoS, phishing, malware; bypassing technical limits; excessive load on servers
• Zenith Shield may change plans and features, perform maintenance, suspend or terminate access for violations

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

8.1. The Service is provided “as is”. 8.2. Zenith Shield is not liable for failures of ISPs, user equipment, Telegram, payment systems, marketplaces, misconfiguration, unlawful use, or resource blocking in any country. 8.3. No guarantee of uninterrupted operation, speed, circumvention of blocks, or universal compatibility. 8.4. The User is solely responsible for the legality of their online activity. 8.5. Zenith Shield does not inspect or store the content of user traffic (no-logs — see Privacy Policy).

9. Personal data

9.1. Processing complies with applicable law, including Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ where applicable. 9.2. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

10. Final provisions

10.1. Zenith Shield may amend this Offer; the new version applies from publication on the website. 10.2. Claims are sent to @zenithshield_support_bot; unresolved disputes are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. 10.3. Invalidity of one clause does not affect the rest.
