Zenith Shield processes the minimum necessary:

• Telegram identifier (User ID; username if available)
• payment metadata: date, amount, status, transaction ID (no bank card data)
• Balance and subscription data: plan, term, status; traffic volume without detail
• on the website — technical data (cookies, language, etc.)

3. Data not stored

• traffic content
• browsing or app history
• DNS queries linked to the User
• IP addresses of proxy connections

4. Purposes and legal bases

Purposes: proxy access; support; payments and refunds; Balance auto-renewal; abuse prevention; legal compliance. Bases: contract; consent where required; Federal Law No. 152-FZ where applicable.

5. Storage and sharing

5.1. Automated and, where needed, non-automated processing. 5.2. Security measures against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, or disclosure. 5.3. Data is kept as long as needed for processing purposes. 5.4. Sharing with third parties — only to the extent necessary to operate the Service, process payments, etc.

6. User rights

The User may request information, rectification, blocking, or deletion where required by law, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.

7. Policy updates

Zenith Shield may update this Policy unilaterally without notifying the User. The current version is published on this page.
